居士門高謁未期，閑隈巖石且相宜，太湖三萬六千頃，
月在清波說向誰。

The lay practitioner's gate is high; an audience cannot be expected;
Leaning idly against crags and rocks is quite fitting.
Across Lake Tai's thirty-six thousand qing,
To whom can one speak of the moon in the clear waves?
