5.26

八紘雲靜明寥沈，夜永松堂對寒月，凋殘片葉墜虛庭，
冷寂何人立深雪。因憶錢唐郜禪者，
十載巖栖曾未下，分飛誰謂絕相同，遠念冥冥欲奚寫。
忽聞赴請之仙都，聲光藹藹登清途，
孰云天驥驟方外，自笑大鵬離海隅。
乾坤窄，乾坤窄，湛盧潛射斗牛白，茫茫無限未歸人，
到必為時除點額。

Clouds are calm across the eight cords, brightly sunken in vast stillness; / The night is long in the pine hall, facing the cold moon. / A solitary withered leaf falls onto the empty courtyard; / Cold and desolate, who stands in the deep snow? / Thus I remember Chan practitioner Gao of Qiantang, / Dwelling in the crags for ten years, never having come down. / Parting in flight, who says our mutual accord is cut off? / Distant thoughts in profound silence—how can they be conveyed? / Suddenly I hear you have accepted an invitation to the Immortal Capital; / Reputation and radiance spread abundantly as you ascend the pure path. / Who says heavenly steeds gallop beyond the realm? / I laugh at myself, the great roc leaving the ocean's corner. / Heaven and earth are narrow, heaven and earth are narrow; / The Zhanlu sword secretly radiates white toward the Big Dipper and Ox constellations. / Boundless and endless people who have not returned— / Arriving there, you will surely remove the spotted foreheads for our times.
