5.48

正法眼，絕塵沙，二三四七，水月空華，
千燈續焰曾間，五葉分披未葩。
君不見，卷蓆百丈，掩耳丹霞，
龍行虎步爭孤立，盡同雲雨去無涯。
文禪文禪，騰煥吾家。

The correct Dharma eye transcends the dust and sands;
Two, three, four, seven—water's moon and sky-flowers.
The succession of flames of a thousand lamps has never been interrupted;
The branching of the five petals has not yet fully blossomed.
Do you not see Baizhang rolling up the mat and Danxia covering his ears?
Moving like dragons and pacing like tigers, vying in solitary independence,
All like clouds and rain departing without bounds.
Chan practitioner Wen, Chan practitioner Wen, brighten and exalt our house!
