大師歡禪德，將赴丹丘辟命光闡宗乘，蓋時應必行，固不可抑留者也，且撫會之作，肇曠絕之道，雖一凝一流、一彼一此，又何間然，率織蕪辭，以代贐別。

The Great Master, the Chan Worthy Huan, is about to depart for Danqiu upon appointment to brilliantly propagate the ancestral vehicle. As one must proceed when the time accords, he truly cannot be held back. Furthermore, this encounter initiates the peerless Way; though one remains still and one flows on, though one is there and one is here, what distinction is there? I cursorily weave these crude words in lieu of a parting gift.
