秋雲巖葉兩悠悠，半逐風馳半水流，憑問禪家有何意，
不知方外若為酬。
Autumn clouds and cliff leaves, both drifting far and wide, / Half chasing after the wind, half flowing with the water. / Relying on them to ask what intent Chan adepts hold, / Not knowing how beyond the mundane world one would respond.
