6.235

巖房抱病經一月，門有諸生阻來謁，長往之期猶未能，
七十之年更何說。若耶溪老忽留語，
溪上舊遊且歸去，春風𩖼𩖼兮兼斷雲，弱柳依依兮帶輕絮。
古今離恨雖如此，動靜於吾亦多意，
高握霜笻獨步時，音書莫忘遠飛寄。

Bedridden with illness in my cliffside room for a whole month, / At my gate, students were hindered from coming to call. / The time for permanent departure cannot yet come; / At seventy years of age, what more is there to say? / The old man of Ruoye Creek suddenly left his words: / "To the old haunts upon the creek, for now return!" / The spring wind soughs along with broken clouds; / Frail willows droop, carrying light catkins. / Though sorrows of parting from ancient to modern times are like this, / Movement and stillness hold great meaning for me as well. / Holding high your frosty bamboo staff as you walk alone, / Do not forget to send letters flying from afar.
