雙偃松何似，螺文結數遭，清聲雖競發，寒影不相高。
對客圓分蓋，孤禪翠滴袍，若教圖畫得，爭奈有蕭搔。

What do the two leaning pines resemble? / Spiral patterns entwined several times. / Though their pure sounds compete to ring out, / Their cold shadows do not tower over one another. / Facing guests, their canopies roundly divide; / In solitary meditation, their emerald drips upon the robe. / Even if one could capture them in a painting, / What could be done about the whispering wind in their needles?
