雲根漱野泉，照空復照月，冷聲曾未消，飛瀾似相別，
巖近生風雷，天遙新氷雪。演禪乘興知不知，
源流依依共澄潔。

Cloud roots are washed by the wilderness spring; / It reflects the sky and reflects the moon. / Its cold sound has never subsided; / Its flying surges seem to bid farewell. / Near the crags, wind and thunder arise; / Far across the sky, new ice and snow. / Chan practitioner Yan, following your inspiration, do you know or not? / The source and the current linger on, together pure and clear.
