泡幻中出，枯木朽株，頂缺神骨，額無圜珠，曾遭海會毒龍咬，快意追風天馬駒，施設千種巧，其實一物無，若憑這箇見，至了不識渠，混沌未分時，無此箇面孔，泡幻既張皇，乃具足十種，胸次不立纖塵，口角波濤汹涌，唯有一件長，愛打破漆桶。

Emerging from foam and phantoms, / a withered tree and rotten stump, / the crown lacks a divine bone, / the forehead lacks a round pearl. / Having once been bitten by the poisonous dragon of the ocean assembly, / happily chasing the wind, a heavenly steed. / Devising a thousand kinds of cleverness, / in truth there is not a single thing. / If you look relying on this, / to the end you will not know him. / Before primal chaos divided, / there was no such face. / Once foam and phantoms flared up, / all ten kinds were complete. / In the mind not a fine speck of dust is established; / at the corners of the mouth billows surge. / There is only one specialty: / he loves smashing the lacquer bucket.
