一句當機領，千差路絕攀，去來長若鑑，喧寂鎮如山，
百草顛頭峻，孤雲世外閑，行行牢把著，宜闡上頭關。

A single phrase received in direct dynamic encounter; / A thousand diverse paths cut off from grasping. / Coming and going, ever like a mirror; / Clamour and stillness, steadfast as a mountain. / At the tips of a hundred weeds, lofty and steep; / The solitary cloud beyond the world, at ease. / As you walk along, grasp it firmly; / You should elucidate the transcendent barrier.
