福州東禪報恩光孝禪寺本寺承知府安撫大觀文公文備准御批，降大慧禪師語錄十冊，令寘之名山大藏中，以永其傳，住持（臣）僧（德潛）謹刊為經板，計三十卷，入于毘盧大藏，用廣流通。以此功德恭為今上皇帝祝延聖壽無疆，仰願皇圖鞏固，鳳歷長新，佛日增輝，法輪常轉。乾道八年正月　日，住持（臣）僧（德潛）謹題。

This monastery, Dongchan Bao'en Guangxiao Chan Monastery in Fuzhou, has received an official dispatch from the Prefectural Governor and Pacification Commissioner, the Grand Academician [Guanwen], fully citing an imperial rescript granting ten volumes of the recorded sayings of Chan Master Dahui and commanding that they be placed among the Great Canons of famous mountains to perpetuate their transmission forever. The monk Deqian, abbot and subject, has reverently carved them onto printing blocks, amounting to thirty fascicles, and entered them into the Vairocana Great Canon to broaden their circulation. Using this merit, he respectfully prays for boundless longevity for the reigning Emperor, looking up in prayer that the imperial realm be consolidated, the phoenix calendar be ever renewed, the sun of the Buddha increase in brilliance, and the wheel of the Dharma turn constantly. Qiandao 8th year [1172], 1st month, [ ] day. Reverently inscribed by the monk Deqian, abbot and subject.
