11.14

近來學佛人，少見不顛倒，唯務資談柄，棄大而就小。昧却直截事，外邊打之遶，畢竟那一著，何曾得分曉？獨有莊居士，真實沒虛矯，斷除煩惱根，烈火燒乾草。心地既安然，魔境豈能擾，任爾鬧浩浩，我常靜悄悄。末後示真歸，
如脫破布襖，加趺入禪定，皓月臨清沼。透過生死關，擊碎無價寶，剛正大丈夫，一了一切了。

Recently among those who study the Buddha, / Rarely do we see one who is not inverted: / Only devoted to gathering topics for talk, / Abandoning the great to pursue the small; / Obscuring the direct and immediate matter, / Walking in circles on the outside. / In the end, that single step— / When have they ever made it clear? / Only Layman Zhuang / Was genuine without falsehood or pretense. / Severing the root of afflictions / Like a fierce fire burning dry grass. / Once the mind-ground is at peace, / How could the realm of demons disturb it? / Let you be in tumultuous clamor; / I remain constantly quiet and still. / In the end revealing the true return, / Like slipping off a tattered cloth gown; / Sitting cross-legged and entering dhyāna, / The bright moon over the clear pool. / Passing through the checkpoint of birth and death, / Smashing the priceless jewel: / A firm and upright great hero, / When one is resolved, all are resolved.
