12.40

旋陀羅尼三昧，語默元無罣礙，攪衣著屐走街，剛被時人笑怪。問伊住止何處，向道我儂弗會，進前擬議思量，咄哉漆桶不快。

Revolving the dhāraṇī samādhi, speech and silence originally without hindrance;
tucking up his robes and wearing clogs to run through the streets, he was mocked as strange by contemporaries.
Asked where he resided, he replied, 'I do not understand.'
Stepping forward, deliberating and speculating—bah, an unyielding lacquer bucket!
