參得圜悟禪，擔起睦州版，透過祖師關，瞎却頂門眼。肚裏黑漫漫，心中平坦坦，性氣得人憎，發時渾不管。鞏縣茶缾喫一槌，擊碎饒州白瓷盌。

Having investigated Yuanwu's Chan, / He shoulder-borne Muzhou's board; / Having penetrated the ancestral barrier, / He blinded the eye on top of his head. / Pitch-black inside his belly, / Perfectly level in his heart; / His temperament invites people's hate, / When it erupts, he cares for nothing. / Taking a blow from a Gong County tea flask, / He smashed the white porcelain bowl of Raozhou to pieces.
