賦性暴，舉止傲，說甚禪，談甚道。有箇沒意智獃郎，隨例妄想顛倒。蔡郎中，還見麼？若也當面諱却，便是監主自盜。

Violent by nature, / Arrogant in conduct; / What Chan does he speak of? What Dao does he discuss? / There is a witless fool who follows custom in delusion and inversion. / Bureau Director Cai, do you see it yet? / If you deny it to his face, that is the custodian stealing his own charge.
