手裏指東畫西，口中胡說亂道。生慣打葛藤，天真不屬做造。有箇蔡正卿，時時來著到。水流濕，火就燥，馬面團圝，隨人所好。

Pointing east and drawing west with his hand, / Babbling wildly and talking nonsense with his mouth. / Accustomed from birth to weaving entanglements of vines, / His natural innocence does not stem from fabrication. / There is Cai Zhengqing, who constantly comes to touch base. / Water flows toward the wet, fire moves toward the dry; / Round as a horse's face, according to whatever people fancy.
