湛不搖處，正好著力，欲識吾真，出陰界入。一毛端頭師子返擲，赤肉團上萬仞壁立，沖密湛然知不知，鐵牛生得玉猫兒。

Where stillness does not waver is just where you should apply effort; / If you wish to know my true form, step out of the aggregates, realms, and entrances. / At the tip of a single hair, the lion somersaults; / Upon a lump of red flesh, a precipice of ten thousand cubits stands upright. / Chongmi, calm and serene, do you know it or not? / The iron ox gave birth to a jade kitten.
