19.6

他弓莫把，他馬莫騎，他人之事莫知。此雖常言，亦可為入道之資糧。但常自檢察，從旦至暮，有甚利人自利之事，稍覺偏枯，當須自警，不可忽也。

"Do not draw another's bow, do not ride another's horse, do not pry into another's affairs." Although these are common sayings, they can also serve as provisions for entering the Way. Simply examine yourself constantly from morning till dusk: what matters have there been that benefit others and benefit yourself? If you feel even slightly deficient or lopsided, you must immediately alert yourself and not neglect it.
