示眾：「三十年來弄馬騎，今朝却被驢兒攧，就地拾得麗水金，拈起却是新羅鐵。報諸人，別不別，夜來雪壓雲門，凍得烏龜成鼈。」

Instructing the assembly: "For thirty years I played at riding horses; today instead I was thrown by a donkey. Picking up Mount Li gold from the ground, lifting it up, it was Silla iron instead. I announce to you all: Is there a difference or not? Last night the snow pressed down on Yunmen; the freezing cold turned a dark turtle into a soft-shelled turtle."
