面目森嚴，語言希差，不出飛猿嶺，道聲藹天下。活嬾菴不傳之宗，死衲僧虛頭話霸。五坐道場，叢林增價，稽首拜手，虛空貼卦。

Face and eyes stern and solemn, words few and measured. / Not leaving Feiyuan Ridge, his reputation in the Way resounds throughout the realm. / He revived the uninherited lineage of Lan'an, / And put to death the empty-headed, boastful blusterers among patch-robed monks. / Presiding five times over bodhimaṇḍas, increasing the value of the monasteries. / Bowing head and making prostrations, pasting hexagrams onto empty space.
