師拈香，祝　聖畢，歛衣就座云：「离婁極力，白浪滔天，罔象無心，神珠歷掌，不涉化機，如何相見？」有僧出便喝，師亦喝，僧打一圓相便禮拜，師云：「怪力亂神。」

The Master pinched incense and offered wishes for the Emperor. Gathering his robes, he took his seat, saying, "Li Lou exhausts his power, yet white waves billow to heaven; Wang Xiang is without mind, yet the wondrous pearl rests plainly in his palm. Without touching the mechanics of transformation, how do we meet?" A monk came forward and shouted; the Master also shouted. The monk drew a circle and bowed. The Master said, "Strange feats, feats of strength, disorders, and spirits."
