師復云：「諸方烹龍肝鳳髄，我此間荒涼，無可供養，向深山巖崖人跡不到處，拾得一物，颺在無事甲中多年矣，今夜盡情拈出，與諸人分歲。」卓主丈一下：「切忌渾侖吞。」

The Master spoke again: 'In various quarters they cook dragon liver and phoenix marrow; here it is desolate, with nothing to offer. In the deep mountains and cliff crags where human tracks do not reach, I picked up a thing and tossed it into the armor of nothing-to-do for many years. Tonight, I bring it out completely to share the New Year with you all.' Striking the staff once: 'Take special care not to swallow it whole.'
