上堂：「始見安居，又逢中夏，孜孜矻矻底，鬼神莫測其由，[米/?/天][米/?/天][吉/?/天][吉/?/天]底，佛祖辨他不出。報恩門下，還有此人麼？家無白澤之圖。」

Ascending the hall: "Only recently did we see the start of the retreat, and already we meet midsummer. Those who are diligently and untiringly dedicated—ghosts and spirits cannot fathom their origins; those who are confused and bewildered—buddhas and patriarchs cannot distinguish them. Under Bao'en's gate, is there such a person? In my house there is no diagram of the Baize."
