逃空劫外已蒼然，翫水觀山得幾年，聞說聽經曾肯首，老來無力補青天。

Fleeing beyond the empty kalpa, already weathered;
Admiring waters and gazing at mountains for how many years?
Hearing it said that listening to sūtras once gained approval,
In old age having no strength to mend the blue sky.
