中秋上堂：「人間無，天上有，往往無人脫窠臼，四海娟娟洗玉魂，九野茫茫白兔走，寒山子，不關口，也落馬駒群隊後。」

Ascending the hall on Mid-Autumn: / "Not in the human realm, present in heaven; / Often there is no one who escapes the old rut. / Across the four seas, bright and clear, the jade soul is bathed; / Over the nine wilds, vast and hazy, the white hare runs. / Hanshanzi does not shut his mouth, / Falling behind the colt's herd as well."
