3.67

上堂：「各各本有靈覺妙明真體，但以已見所障，不能橫戈直造不疑之地，蓋由淬勵之工不切，所以墮在滲漏。作麼生得靈鑑現前去？老僧不惜眉毛，與汝諸人去此見障。」擲下主丈。

Ascending the hall: "Each of you originally possesses the true substance of numinous awareness and wondrous brightness. But because you are obstructed by your own views, you cannot cross your spears and advance straight to the realm of no doubt. Because the work of forging and refining is not thorough, you fall into outflows. How can the numinous mirror appear before you? This old monk does not spare his eyebrows to remove this obstruction of views for you all." He threw down his staff.
