雪峯云：「三世諸佛，向火焰裏，轉大法輪。」雲門云：「火焰為三世諸佛說法，三世諸佛立地聽。」

Xuefeng said, "The Buddhas of the three periods, toward the roaring flames, turn the great wheel of Dharma." Yunmen said, "The roaring flames expound the Dharma for the Buddhas of the three periods; the Buddhas of the three periods stand on the ground listening."
