裴相國問僧：「看甚麼經？」僧云：「無言童子經。」裴云：「有幾卷？」僧云：「兩卷。」裴云：「既是無言，為甚却有兩卷？」僧無語。

Prime Minister Pei asked a monk: "What sūtra are you reading?" The monk said: "The Wordless Youth Sūtra." Pei said: "How many fascicles does it have?" The monk said: "Two fascicles." Pei said: "Since it is wordless, why are there two fascicles?" The monk was speechless.
