鼠入錢筒伎已窮，十年蹤跡眼頭空，如今又問平田路，
山舍半吹黃葉風。

A rat entering a bamboo coin-tube has exhausted its tricks;
Ten years of footsteps, and before the eyes it is empty.
Now you ask again about the road across the flat fields;
At the mountain cottage, the wind half-blows yellow leaves.
