三呼檮下愧靈襟，湖海叢林已遍尋，忘却飛猿舊時路，
到頭曾不厭初心。

Calling three times beneath the block of wood, ashamed before your numinous mind; / Lakes and seas, Chan groves have all been sought throughout. / Forgetting the flying ape's old path, / To the very end you never weary of the initial aspiration.
