當頭一諾未為親，大道難將語默分，不聽晚風江上笛，
一聲吹破碧天雲。

A direct nod of assent is not yet true intimacy; / The Great Way cannot be divided by speech and silence. / Have you not heard the flute on the river in the evening wind? / A single note pierces the clouds of the azure sky.
