8.94

佛涅槃上堂：「法身無為，不墮諸數，為什麼却有生滅？恁麼會得，許爾每日開單展鉢，親見釋迦老子；其或未然，點鐵化成金玉易，勸人除却是非難。」

Ascending the hall on the Buddha's Parinirvāṇa: "The Dharma-body is unconditioned and does not fall into numbers; why then does it have arising and ceasing? If you can understand like this, I allow that everyday as you open your bedding and unroll your bowl, you meet old Śākya in person. If not yet so: turning iron into gold and jade is easy; persuading people to get rid of right and wrong is hard."
