謝兩班上堂：「龍象交參，主賓互換，叢林茂盛，兩序得人，國一禪師出來呵呵大笑，不覺打失鼻孔。因甚如此？歡喜而得之。」

Ascending the hall to thank the two ranks of monastic officers: "Dragons and elephants intermingle, host and guest interchange. The saṃgha forest flourishes; the two orders have found their men. Chan Master Guoyi comes forth and bursts into loud laughter, without realizing he has lost his nostrils. Why is it like this? Attaining it through rejoicing."
