"Next, holding up incense, he said: "This piece of incense I burn in the censer, reverently wishing the Empress of the central palace ten thousand blessings. This piece of incense is reverently for the Crown Prince, to enhance and elevate his fortune and longevity. This piece of incense is offered for the Grand Preceptor and Palatine Mentor, Bureau Director, Grand Chancellor and Duke of the Realm, the Grand Councilors, the Bureau Councilors, and the civil and military ministers of the entire court, that their emoluments and lifespans may be equally increased. I prostrately wish that they loftily uphold Yao and Shun, look upon Yi Yin and the Duke of Zhou, gather the elegant air of a thousand ages, and lock in the vernal splendour of myriad realms. This piece of incense is offered for the Prefect, Pacification Commissioner, and Supervisor, Grand Chamberlain, the Fiscal Commissioner, Hall Expositor, Grand Chamberlain, and the officials of the commanderies and counties, that their emoluments and lifespans may be equally increased."
