虛堂和尚語錄 7.55

All things are of themselves complete jade discs; / How could Master Zhuang make them equal? / The moon is high, pine shadows are slender; / The wind is swift, wild goose ranks fly low. / Who can capture this in vermilion and blue pigments? / Difficult to record it on bamboo and silk. / Hanshan must surely laugh at me: / Hand in hand, separated as cloud and mud.
