舉同光帝謂興化云。寡人收得中原一寶。只是無人酬價。化云。借陛下寶看。帝以兩手引幞頭脚。化云。君王之寶。誰敢酬價。頌曰。

He cited: Emperor Tongguang said to Xinghua, "I have obtained a treasure of the Central Plains, only no one can name a price for it." Xinghua said, "May I borrow Your Majesty's treasure to see?" The emperor reached with both hands to draw the ribbons of his cap. Xinghua said, "As for the sovereign's treasure, who would dare name a price?" The Master appended a verse:
