上堂默默而靈妙不涉迹。綿綿而用。應不循根。翡翠盤中之珠。不撥自轉。玻璃鏡中之像。無受而來。若能恁麼。也兼帶妙叶。宛轉偏圓。俱到不思議處。且作麼生體悉。果滿菩提圓。華開世界起。

Ascending the hall: "Silent and spiritually wondrous, it does not tread upon traces; continuous in its function, it responds without following sense organs. The pearl in the emerald tray turns by itself without being pushed; the reflection in the crystal mirror arrives without receiving. If you can be like this, it also embraces wondrous harmony, winding through bias and roundness, both reaching the inconceivable realm. Now, how do you experience and understand it? The fruit is fulfilled and bodhi is complete; the flower blossoms and worlds arise."
