傲雪松孤。懷雲石癯。妙存而有也不有。獨照而無也非無。
萬象勿能逃空王之印。眾色莫我染靈蛇之珠。
金鷄啼寒兮曉分夜戶。玉兔弄魄兮瑩徹氷壺。

The solitary pine braves the snow; / The emaciated rock holds clouds. / Wondrously present, its existence is not existence; / Illuminating alone, its nonexistence is not nonexistence. / The myriad forms cannot escape the seal of the King of Emptiness; / The multitude of colors cannot taint the jewel of the numinous serpent. / The golden rooster crows in the cold, dawn breaking at the night gate; / The jade hare sports its glow, gleaming through the ice vase.
