緣集成身。蘊壞成塵。長生路上往來人。
而今撒手還家也。霽色含秋月一輪。

Conditions gathering form the body; / skandhas disintegrating become dust.
Travelers back and forth on the road of long life: / now letting go of hands and returning home, / the cleared sky holds autumn and a single wheel of moon.
