枯坐清嚴。真宗劇談。一明無異相。萬化是同參。
牛頭轉覺病懶。鳥喙不用華䘖。甘分住山三束篾。
等閑對客七斤衫。

Sitting withered in pure austerity, / In deep discourse on the true tradition: / The one clarity has no distinct characteristics; / The myriad transformations are all fellow practitioners. / Niutou turned out more indolent from illness; / The bird's beak had no need to hold flowers. / Willingly content to dwell in the mountain with three bands of bamboo strips; / Casually facing guests in a seven-pound robe.
