覺海長鯨作蛻翔。青天端以背磨光。胸中浩浩吞雲夢。
眉際津津秀太行。靜榻每來成友語。
孤笻他往咽人腸。後將訪我先傳雁。為薙別來三徑荒。

The great whale of the ocean of awakening takes flight in metamorphosis; / Its back directly polishes bright the blue sky. / In its breast, vast and billowing, it swallows the Yunmeng Marsh; / Between its brows, moist and glistening, towers Mount Taihang. / Often coming to the quiet couch to talk as a friend; / Departing with a solitary bamboo staff chokes one with sorrow. / When you visit me in the future, first send a wild goose; / To clear for you the three paths overgrown since our parting.
