秋風濯煩骨。日日覺清省。相與事枯禪。所養飽正命。
老蟾浴星河。魂魄明耿耿。真味入誰腸。但知百念冷。

The autumn wind washes weary bones; / Day by day one feels clear and alert. / Together we attend to withered Chan; / That which is nourished is filled with right livelihood. / The old toad bathes in the River of Stars; / The soul shines luminous and clear. / Into whose belly does the true flavor enter? / One only knows the hundred thoughts are cold.
