飲茶作別出蘿門。相送猶懷握手溫。斷雁幾時歸綴字。
浮萍隨處臥生根。秋風窓外擁蘆雪。
夢冷床頭墮月魂。麈柄年來疲轉徙。却思紅顆共炊盆。

Drinking tea to bid farewell, we walked out the vine-draped gate; / seeing you off, I still cherish the warmth of our clasped hands. / When will the stray goose return, stringing letters together? / Duckweed anywhere takes root as it drifts. / Outside the autumn-wind window, reed-snow piles up; / cold in a dream, at the bed’s head drops the moon’s soul. / Wielding the chowrie these years, I am tired of drifting about; / I long instead to cook a pot of red-husked rice together with you.
