8.35

丹山鳳窟冷相依。慚愧如今羽翼齊。雲外翔鳴同頡頏。
林間啄步暫分携。玉華㘅處天容曉。
珠樹捿時月影低。引喙醴泉期後會。殆將新語濯塵泥。

In the Cinnabar Mountain phoenix cavern, we coldly relied on each other; / How gratifying that now your plumage and wings are complete! / Soaring and calling beyond the clouds, fluttering together; / Pecking and walking among the trees, we briefly part. / Where jade blossoms are held in the beak, the sky opens into dawn; / When perching on pearl trees, the moon's shadow sinks low. / Stretching beaks at the sweet spring, looking forward to a later meeting, / We will wash away the dust and mud with fresh words.
