平等本際非去來今。豈墮諸數妙圓一心。
一心妙圓自照靈然。超出生滅混融正偏。
正偏混融可中忘功。鸞騰玉鑑鶴出銀籠。
如是住處佛祖同得。同得之宗淨名一默。

The equal, fundamental limit is not past, future, or present. / How could it fall into numerical categories? The wondrous, perfect one mind. / The one mind wondrous and perfect, self-illuminating and spiritual; / Transcending birth and death, blending upright and bias. / Upright and bias blended together, right within one forgets function; / A luan soaring before the jade mirror, a crane escaping the silver cage. / Such an abiding place is realized alike by buddhas and patriarchs; / The ancestral school of shared attainment: the single silence of Vimalakīrti.
