識盡甘辛百草頭。鼻無牽纏得優游。不知有去成知有。
始信南泉喚作牛。
Having recognized all sweetness and bitterness at the tip of the hundred grasses, / With no tethering at the nose, one wanders leisurely. / Not knowing there is something becomes knowing there is: / Only then does one believe Nanquan called it an ox.
