祖道已傳。黃梅妙齡。幻泡忽滅。白淨無形。
真相堂堂照膏火。教音默默鳴風鈴。老松掛月寒方夜。凍鶴巢雲夢未醒。

The patriarchal way had already been transmitted / At Huangmei in wonderful youth. / The illusory bubble suddenly extinguished; / Pristine and white, without form. / The true likeness, dignified, illuminates the oil lamp; / The voice of teaching, silent, sounds the wind chimes. / An old pine hangs the moon in the cold of deep night; / A frozen crane nests in clouds, its dream not yet awakened.
