9.29

家山水兮靜忘處所。友魚鳥兮動忘爾汝。默默之得誰傳。
的的之宗自舉。氷壺春未回。而痕垢無些。
玉林月已上而清光有許。湛存此箇宗乘。
肯壞人家男女。黃梅之鉢笑夜偷。少室之衣疑浪與。
方徹地區。圓該天宇。神發幽而空谷應呼。
聲出礙而霜鐘忽杵。

The waters of the home mountain are still, forgetting their location; / Befriending fish and birds, in motion forgetting you and me. / Who transmits this attainment of silent stillness? / The distinct school raises itself up. / Spring has not yet returned to the ice pitcher, yet there is not a trace of grime; / The moon has already risen over the jade forest, and there is such clear radiance. / Placidly abiding in this vehicle of our school, / How could one willing ruin the sons and daughters of others' families? / The bowl of Huangmei is laughed at for being stolen by night; / The robe of Shaoshi is suspected of being given in vain. / Square, it thoroughly penetrates the terrestrial regions; / Round, it encompasses the celestial vaults. / The spirit emerges in seclusion, and the empty valley responds to the call; / Sound transcends obstruction, and the frost bell is suddenly struck.
