巍巍堂堂。智不可量。煒煒煌煌。靜自然光。松老西山雪。
河明北斗霜。用之而行。舍之而藏。
深林之晦三眠繭。繞指之柔百煉剛。

Towering and grand, / [his] wisdom is immeasurable. / Brilliant and blazing, / in stillness it naturally radiates light. / The pine grows old in the snows of the western mountains; / the River is bright beneath the frost of the Northern Dipper. / Employed, he acts; / discarded, he conceals himself. / The obscurity of the deep forest: the cocoon of three sleeps; / the pliability that wraps around a finger: steel tempered a hundred times.
