骨寒氣羸頂雪頷絲。牛首之懶。虎頭之癡。兀兀逃禪處。
空空選佛時。九萬鵬風扶羊角。千年兔月臥蛾眉。
門門幻起。塵塵智隨。蝴蝶夢游兮莊生齊物。
桃華眼冷兮靈雲不疑。初無稜縫。
渾莫鍼錐。巴陵曾對吹毛劍。珊瑚撑月夜枝枝。

Bones chilled and qi emaciated, snow upon his crown and silk at his chin.
The laziness of Niutou;
The foolishness of Hutou.
Vacantly sitting at the place of fleeing Chan;
Spaciously present at the time of choosing buddhas.
The ninety-thousand-li wind of the Peng bird supports the whirlwind;
The thousand-year-old hare of the moon lies in the crescent brow.
Gate after gate magically arises;
Dust after dust, wisdom follows.
The butterfly dream wanders—Master Zhuang equates all things;
With cold eyes on the peach blossoms, Lingyun has no doubt.
Originally without seams or cracks,
Utterly defying needle or awl.
At Baling, he once confronted the hair-severing sword;
Coral props up the moon on branches night after night.
